just picked her up. 1985 1150 ef. 500 bucks. she runs, but has been neglected, sat out doors for the last 3 years, uncovered, wasn't used very much. this will be my 6th gs resto. working on my sons first street bike. a 82 gs 650 gl. had one of these before. { when i was young and foolish, sold it.} this one will be a keeper

new toy

i plan a full resto on her. powder coat the frame, rims, lower forks, calipers, swing arm. reinforce the swing arm. custom 4-2 exhaust. not sure if i'm punching out the motor, or just a light warm up on her.
