If it is a stock Suzuki cap there should be a 3 number code on it.
Take the number back to your locksmith and he should be able to fix you up.

I hate to say it but new caps arent that expensive on ebay and other places. I see a screwdriver in your future. Shove it in there and turn......or then again your might not like what you see when you get the cap off.

Just use a flat head to break it, I can get another cap off eBay for $20

Are there three numbers visible on your tank tumbler where the key goes in? If so, share that number with the forum and perhaps one of us has the same key code and could make a copy for you.
I have well over a couple of dozen different numbered keys myself. Someone here should have the same key number.

If the number is visible, there is also a guy on Ebay that sells Suzuki keys by number.
