Rebuilt Calipers Today! First attempt at plating.....
I rebuilt the front calipers on my 1978 GS750 today. Complete rebuild, baked-on caliper paint and my first attempt at zinc plating. Gotta get this plating thing perfected,,,,and fast! Got a lot of parts that need plated!Front Calipers.jpgRon
When I die, just cremate me and put me in my GS tank. That way I can go through these carbs, one more time!https://www.thegsresources.com/_forum/core/images/smilies/cool.png

Awesome job! Much better than what I did...just painted my single caliper. The brake fluid just rubbed the spray paint job I did.
Looking good!

Thanks guys! And yeah, I used caliper paint that you let dry for an hour then bake at 200 degrees for an hour. I did not want to have to do it over. Brake fluid did not hurt it at all.Ron
