I'm needing the supply list to build my own carb sync tool . Does anyone have the plan's to build 1 ? .Tags: None

All you really need is a credit card and a link to the Morgan Carbtune.
There have been reports here of some who have attempted to do their own rigs, some were pretty impressive. By the time they had spent over $50 for all the parts and countless hours of fiddling around trying to get something that worked, they could have simply spent the $95 or so on a Carbtune.
Your choice, but if you really think you want to do it, there are many posts on the topic in the archives.
A simple search should turn up several hours of entertainment.

While you're at it do yourself a favor and buy the carburetor screw adjustment tool too. I bought them seperate and the shipping is more.1981 GS750L (sold)
