    1979 Suzuki GS 850 G Calipers

Thought I would post a question and I really need some help.
Everything that I have read says that the 1979 Suzuki GS 850 G motorcycle is in it self is a bike that does not trade parts with any other year bike!!!! True or False???
I need new calipers and rotors and a new brake master cylinder and really like the brake master from the 82 850 bikes!! Will these work? AAAWWWW!!!
