    Front wheel spacers on a 78 GS1000

    Having trouble with the front wheel on the 1000.


    With them this way the wheel is offset to the side.putting both shoulders in seems to not fit either.so I thought I'd see if the GSR brain trust can tell me for sure which way they go.

    Shoulders on the inside on my bike... same model

    Washer under the nut.

      Thanks Salty,kind of what I figured.Seems to be a bit "tight" that way but I wanted to check here to be sure.

            Had to do a bit of wiggling to get it in but it I did get them on.

            Now the calipers fit
