Beautiful bike, with shinney new shocks. I sat on a new purple Bonneville yesterday. To bad my pockets are empty.

Thank you! Except for the color and the bits that wear out, it's all original.

I did the Progressive upgrade front and rear recently on my 850. I got about an inch more height as a result and a vast improvement in ride quality and handling.

Also if you remove the rotor and the timing plate from that 1100 motor before getting started I found that it gives you a good place to grab on to and makes it a little easier when removing and the reinstall.

                Cheers

We got it out but I'll let him know that taking that off will make it a little easier.

It's a nice bike but way too big for me . I sat on it and my feet are about 4" from the ground.

Dynamite comes in small packages .

What breed of shocks did you get ? Springs for the front end as well ?

                          Cheers , Simon .
Don't let him anywhere near your shock absorbers!
