    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

    OK thanks marv. Now what is it? No doubt "80" or newer, CV carbs, but what "80" model GS "L" had single non slotted front disc brakes? I don't see inside exhaust pipes, is it a twin? A 50K, non running, rusted twin for $1,000???... Like Clint Eastwood said... Do you feel lucky?

    That looks waaay big for the clutch rod seal.... Parts diagram shows for the clutch rod... Oil Seal (6X34X8) flanged type part # 09283-06002

    Are you fun'in us??? The worst rusted and corroded turn signal switch I've seen and by far the cleanest in'erds of an instrument cluster, that wasn't new I've seen. Wouldn't seem possible... Suzuki should be embarrassed with that cheap little switch, but do work reasonably well on both the brake...

    chuck, I may've just forgot, but no doubt drastically worse, for me, way more recently. Thinking it got waaay worse a month or so back, when was down for a whole weekend, since then seems to happen every day.... Is 2K or 3K a big number of folks to be visiting a web site?

    Well, if I can get this stupid computer to work, going to vote dgates 1, just figure the smaller the group, the less controversy about where, which rd's. how fast, when & where to stop for break, what's for dinner, do we need to be home before supper... I like simple.

    Hard to imagine how the # of guests (bots) scraping up data has increased enough within the past month or so to change things this much. Until recently it almost never happened, now it's every day.

    This was brought up a couple of weeks ago when I think most everybody had the trouble. That, I thought, was taken care of, but still today it's kind'f regular that I get this message. It won't last but an hr. or so, then things are back to normal... No clue if my old outdated computer or the site. ,
