A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.
Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.
Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Local Harley store has a new V-rod Destroyer (factory drag bike) for less than that. And it's "only" $49000.

Some people should look inside their heads and figure out why they want 700lbs of scrap. You would definitely want to look inside the box to make sure you're not buying 700 lbs of rocks. LOL.

Turbo bobber?? Two words that just don't go together.

1986 Suzuki Savage
condition: excellent
engine displacement (CC): 650
fuel: gas
odometer: 20000
paint color: red
title status: clean
transmission: manual
This is a 1986 ls650 custom bobber with a turbo.
This bike has sweet bars, mirrors, and custom paint. The turbo is off of a Saab and is perfect for this little bar hopper. If you have any questions please call.
Serious buyers only.

Not only do "turbo" and "bobber" not go together, that turbo is the wrong size for the bike.
It is rather critical to match the turbo to the engine size, and I don't know of too many Saabs that have a 650cc engine. :-k
.
Very nice work, but a whole lotta work keepin all that polished up.
Kinda disappointed with the low end MAG exhaust.

I could be mistaken, but when I was looking into getting a Seca Turbo years ago, and was worried about getting a bike with a bad turbo. I remember hearing or reading that the Saab or a Renault turbo was practically a direct replacement. Don't quote me on that as fact though. Not only do "turbo" and "bobber" not go together, that turbo is the wrong size for the bike.

I'd say a lot of that 15K was in labor. Making that tank was probably a big chunk of it.Ebay find.... https://www.ebay.com/itm/1979-Suzuki-GS/183177582588 Yeah, it had some time put in, but 15K????

1973 Honda CB350 - $3000 (Vancouver)

Honda CB350
fuel: gas
transmission: manual
I have a 1973 C350 that was running strong last season. It has been winterized with stabilizer in the tank and sitting covered in a garage for 6 months. It currently wont start and you will need to tow it away. The battery is brand new from last season. It has lots of life left and just needs some TLC.
I had it inspected last year at Rising Sun and the major thing that needs to be fixed are the carbs which I have a rebuild kit for both carbs.
I bought some brand new parts but don't have the time to replace them:
Brake cables, clutch cable, throttle cable, spark plugs, resister caps, chain, rectifier for charging system - They don't all need to be done now but should be down the line.
Sad to let it go since its such a beautiful bike and it's definitely a head turner.
