Tractor is Matts project. Needs the hydraulic cylinder for the 3 point hitch rebuilt, the wiring is old and cracking so hes gonna rewire it at some point, and the tires need replaced on the front. I will probably be welding a patch inside the outer rim half at some point too. Fix the back right rim and a new tube and the rear tires are good to go.
As for the arm, going to PT through the VA. They say do that first and then if that doesnt make it better they will do surgery. So basically its jump through the PT hoops so they can get that copay money...just to see that it has failed and prolong the inevitable surgery. Then the surgery will , of course, have its own costs and copays added into the mix. Typical governmental pass the buck to get as much money as they can from folks.
