If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

that came out great. reading these threads make me want to build a wild one also.

Very cool bike and custom work.

I'm really not feeling the flipped clubmans. I think a shortened set of drag bars would really set it off.

WOW, Here I am to check back in and see if I got any comments on the bike and I am surprised at the positive feedback, Thanks Guys!
To answer some of the questions.....

Kyle M- I work at a Hospital as a Maint. Mech.

Jed.Only-What a bummer they took the japs off the Journal, oh well.

Loudest143- Not sure on the emt size, it's what almost fit that I had laying around the garage, and yes I split them so the hose clamp would snug it up nice and tight.
Exhaust was the same deal, tubing that just fit over the ol header pipe and ran it back to the old mounts. Silver high heat outside and high heat black inside. "Shaving" the forks. Means I just cut off all the unused tabs and mounts on the lower legs and ground them down and polished them up. Neat article on the real way to do it here.
Shaving Fork Legs - The Jockey Journal Board

Shoe Dr.- Tires...The originals were really dry so I just got new ones.
The back is a Chen Shin 130/90 17" and the front I just replaced with a chen shin 3.25-19 classic ribbed tire. Still got the lettering in the treads.

The wrap I believe I got 40-50 feet? I thought would be plenty, and it was not enough for the 4 pipes, that's why it's only on the header section and painted the rest, That stuff is pricey!! And the fender is bolted to a small bracket I made under the seat and near the bottom of the frame.

Craiger-I have been trying to get my Wife to take some of me on or riding it and it just hasn't happend yet, I'll work on it this weekend, I wanna see me on it too, if I look like a total Tool or if it's workin' for me, LOL!

OhioEric-About the Seat:eek:
Nobody believes me until they sit on it...IT AIN'T BAD!

Thanks again for all the nice comments, I appreciate it.

Yeah, lots of really cool bikes over there, they just narrowed their "guidelines" on what can be posted and us Jap guys got the boot.
That's okay though, I found a new home.

**Just for kicks (I know I like to see pics) here are a few before and afters of some of my projects leading up to the "real" motorcycle build. If it's not cool to post this type stuff please feel free to delete this post.
Thanks, Kenny

Kenny,

You fit right in here, I see. Just can't leave a perfectly good wheel barrow or shopping cart alone!:D

I loved the wheelbarrow "after" pic, that looks great. And the Jawa moped turned out wicked!

Kenny,

I could look at your "before and after" pics all day. Very inspirational.
Where do you find the time?

I'm with Bubba on this one. I work the 8 - 5 like most other folks, but find that the 5 - 12 just ain't enough to get done everything I want to.

Seriously cool stuff though! And I want your garage!!!

Hi again Kenny,

Nice looking bike.

Noticed in these photos that you hacked out a good bit of frame structure and replaced with one skinny backbone frame tube. Removing the rear suspension is going to result in significantly increased loads being feed into the frame...and this backbone tube you installed. Hope like heck you are a good welder, and at least used 4130 tubing instead of just mild steel for that tube.

Again, the bike looks nice...but it scares the crap out of me.:p

.

Rooster--That is the stock one, I just filled it full of holes to make it look faster, LOL.

Nessism--It scares the crap outta me too;)
I lugged the inside of that top weld and the inner tubing is a good 5-7 inches on both sides of the joint. I have faith in what I did, although I will keep my eye on that sorta stuff. I have built/fabricated quite a few bicycles and nothing has ever failed on those, but then again, they didn't have 850 cc's tucked in the frames either. Like I said, we'll be keepin' an eye on stuff:)

:-kI can't decide if I like the wheel barrow or shopping cart more, its the wheel barrow:D

You`ve done a hell of a good job there !. That bike is a beauty, just looks brilliant. Thanks for sharing the pics.
