    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

1972 Suzuki ts400 2-stroke enduro!

I think they're the same tires I posted in your thread... but from 40 years ago haha

The chopper looks awesome man! very 'svelte'

What are the plans for the little two smoker? To me it looks like the perfect candidate for the new cafe / flat tracker / fire road bomber bike. That up swept exhaust is too cool

I just wanted to let you guys know I'm still alive. Been working on the bike and it should be ready for this weekend. I'm not posting anymore pics until it's on the road though haha

And this is my bike on the side of the road 6 miles from home because a bad wire on the taillight melted and blew the fuse.

cool, Is that a spare wheel/tire you brought leaning against the dresser?

It's an old 2.75x19 pirelli I got at the swap meet. It will look much better on the front wheel since it's a lot narrower.

woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot!

Good work man...!
Looking awesome. ur a star mate.

Brilliant!
I love the whole look of it.

So it made it there and back without exploding, killing 5,000 people and causing civilization to fall?
Lucky, eh? :D

Well done on gittin' 'er done!!!

You need to get your dad to take a pic of you riding by cos we need to see how a body fits on it!! :)

Love it MLC! That's turned out to be a wicked lookin' machine! Glad you made it safely too :D

Did you manage to catch up with Big Rich at all?

Pete I forgot he was going to be here, but I really don't know what to look for anyways haha.

Feels great, handles great other than being a little awkward at parking lot speed. We even rode about 30 miles on the interstate and it felt great! We've had a little battle with dads ironhead though. It's all good, think we got it straightened out. We are going to head home pretty early tomorrow.

Wanted to leave you guys with this picture of Warren jr's knucklehead chopper... I saw it in person earlier this year at the Dixie roundup and it has been a bit of inspiration for my build:

Oh yeah I forgot to mention the frame has been thoroughly strength tested haha. My friends driveway is super steep so I tried hitting it at an angle and wound up running off the side, ramped a railroad tie, and landed safely in some bushes with nothing bent or broken hahaha

Also the bushes are ok.
