DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Nice 07! I call mine either the death machine or the Misdemeanor bike due to the fact the previous owner got a whopping 7 misdemeanors in one ticket:eek: 185+ is a bitch in California:cry:

Nice, but a little slow

Obviously I am kidding. Kris and Keith both have really nice looking top notch bikes. Here's my newest mount. Haven't named it yet. Always seem to think of cars, trucks and bikes as girls. This doesn't look like a girl though and neither did my last bike. Maybe I'll name it the first thing that popped into my mind when I blasted it on the freeway on the way home from picking it up. What was that? Oh yeah, "Holy Sh**!"

Hayabusa-01.jpg

Wait, I got it. The Blue Falcon in honor of Hayabusa meaning falcon in Japanese, the color of the bike and The Blue Falcon, which was an old Saturday morning cartoon. Silly hero but I liked him.

No this is not me. Just a funny picture.

Is the the GS/ZX website????

Hey Keith, Been away for awhile..... I'm surprised so many people on this site opted for the ZX 14. I had access to both the Busa and the ZX for a week each and even though I've been a lifelong Suzuki Fan I found I liked the ZX much more.

Hey Kiwi, first of all let me say thanks to all for the comments. As far as more pics I have just a couple for now. I will be doing more when the weather gets a lil warmer here. As for sum of the mods I have done, Well lets see, lowered and stretched with a chrome club foot swing arm, heads have been ported and polished, front end lowered, Vance and Hines sidewinder exhaust, dyna everything, jetted and geared. Custom Paint of course, I do have wheelie bars for her but dont ride the streets to much with them on. She is definatley capable of being on the track but I ride everyday I can on the streets, looking for the old kz's to beat up on.
Things to come maybe a shot of nitro or maybe a turbo? I havent decided yet. Any suggestions?????? Thanks WillieB

Guyver, your bike looks great! Hope it brings a lot of enjoyment.
I may be one of the few who couldn't care less about the 14 vs 'Busa thing. They're both nice. I still can't believe how nice this thing is when I'm going fast or just puttin'.
I almost went with the FZ1 and hung around a popular FZ1 site for awhile. When I decided on the 14 most of them said I made a mistake. All I can say is I hope to keep making such mistakes in the future!
doubleblue, your bike looks nice too! Love the wheels. I'm about to get my wheels chromed and also the header will get ceramic coated in satin black. The stock header finish, especially the upper part is very poor. I'll eventually black out most of the hardware and it should be how I want it to look then. Nothing wild, just clean.
Here's another pic but I need to find a good background like Bruce did for his classic 1150 shot.
Enjoy your bike!

Thanks Keith!

I don't put much stock in the bike battles either, just find what you like and what works for you. I saw your signature where about in the Angeles Forest are you? I'm in Calimesa, which is near Redlands. ~Gene

I live right by the beginning of Big Tujunga Cyn Rd, where it connects with Oro Vista. Right on the forest border.
Technically, I live in Sunland but the Angeles Forest sounds more exciting:lol:. Our small group doesn't get out as much as we like but we have fun. No racers in our group though we sometimes pull away from each other for a short time if we feel it's a CHP free day. We mostly ride up to Newcombs Ranch which is about 33 miles below Wrightwood on the 2 hiway.
It's nice having a great place to ride in my backyard. I've never been much of a canyon carver but I like it. Though last weekend some idiot came into my lane and we came too close for my comfort, about 18"? He was in the middle of a pack of about 8 bikes, riding double, when he just jumped out in the middle of a mostly blind curve. Made me want to turn around and follow him 'til he stopped.
I can only hope some of his friends gave him a talking to.

well ill add mine since i finally got pics of it. dunno if i want to keep the bag or not looks good with and without it.
