DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I dunno..i asked the same thing when i bought a 450 speedo off ebay in an attempt to make a solo speedo...

Dood check JC Whitney..they have mini barmount speedos and tachs...i was gonna go that route, but that 750s so big i think it would look a bit silly..and they're cheap too..chrome even

Dude do you by any chance got crash bars? I have some but they're hideous plus I think the previous owner made em. I'm looking for the ones that car like half a circle and they go bolted to the inside of the frame. I dunno if you know what I'm talking about or not.....

I do as a matter of fact..on that XS..and they're in pretty good shape. I think they;ll bolt right up as im pretty sure they're universals. Prolly need a good spit and polish, and i think they may even have highway pegs on em ill have to double check.

Dude they look anything like these? Not all nasty and rusty i mean like same shape

I'm trying to find pics of bikes with them installed because they're certain one's I want
yeah and the a threaded Ubolt goes around the frame...lemme go take a peek real quick..but im pretty surethats them hold please...

Nawp..they are all one peice and theres a ubracket for the down tube and a bracket on eachside that mounts to the motor mount...they're IMO a better set up than those..and they're cleaner than i remembered...I have no use for them so if you want em...actually they may not be one piece but they join at the downtube..and they do have the highway pegs on em...they're on a 400cc bike, and looka little big so they should look excellant on yours...Again ive no use for em..

i dunno that may be them..its hard tellin from the pic that they have up there..they shoulda layed them out the way they mount.

You gotta deal! Lemme pull em off tomorrow and see what they weigh so ill know shipping...think your cluster will be about 8 bucks shipping...these prolly lil more but thats ok...I hope that cluster bracket fits...

cant see them weighing more than 15lbs so that about 11 bucks UPS style..ill send all the mounts too..

I thinks the cluster might cost about 12 bucks shipping. Going off of weight. What's your zip? So I can get a quote tomorrow

45403...lemme know on the measurement...even if its not spot on i can cut and rig em...you still have a speedo cable you're willing to part with or no? if not no biggie..i can find one.

78537.... I would include it but I think I might put a speedo on it later on. I just don't want to get stuck without one. If you have trouble getting one just let me know I'll send it anyways. I can always pick up an electric speedo

i think they're kinda a combo of the bottom two but mostly like the middleone...If they dont work out for you, lemme know and we can swap back or ill just pay some cash for the cluster and you may be able to get them to work somehow...i just can put any dam pics up right now and its ****ing me off. BTW that bottom bike is BADASS

Sorry for all the pics. I just realized I don't know if you have DSL or not

Alright man I need an opinion. I'm trying to get a Yammie XS11 Special AND a Yammie Thumper. The Thumper is just a barebones hardtail. Its missing the seat, and tank. I want to leave the XS11 alone for the most part and just get it running again. But the Thumper I want to go crazy with it. I wanna try my hand at fabrication. But I'm stuck with going in one of two directions.

Should I go bobber? A la old school:

Or should I go badass hardtail. I love the way this one looks and chances are that mine's gonna end up a mirror. I even have the ammo box for it already :-D

man i gott hit the rack. I got another long day of wrenching tomorow..ill get those off and see how they'd mount up on mine, and be able to tell ya better but they're supposed to be universals..

Ah chit. I was hoping for the top or bottom one... Yeah I like that one also

put the drag bars from the bottom one on the top. get a springer front end (yeah they make em for metric bikes) and THAT would be my jam right there....
