Is your airbox removed? Are you using lots of throttle when you try to crank it?

Are you sure you are getting fuel to your carbs? have you checked your fuel petcock? did you put it on prime to fill the bowls ? Also the bike will not run with out either airbox or filters and jetted accordingly.1984 GS1100GK newest addition to the heard
