      I finally got some pictures of the process ya'll asked for. I've been using the big furnace to make ingots and then remelt what I need in the propane forge for casting the actual caps.

      Melting the stock from beer cans.

      Pouring the casting.

      Opened mold


      Final casting. The top one had a large shrink. It has to be redone.

        AWESOME! I love seeing this sorta stuff My cousin was a blacksmith in the railways when i was a kid. I loved going to his work during the holidays and seeing him make all kinds of unique stuff!
