Bike Of The Month Submissions
This section managed by Mark Nemetz

What we are looking for?

We all love our GS's, right?

Wouldn't you like to let others know how special your bike is?

Here is your chance to let other TGSR visitors see your prized bike.

First of all, what we would like to see is a good quality picture of your bike. The lighting should be good and the background uncluttered in order to highlight your bike. We want to see your bike, not the dumpster in the neighbor's backyard. If there is any doubt, send 2 pictures from different angles.

Other things to remember - do not shoot from an elevated position. While you may have a real neat gas cap, not too many folks want to see it. Instead, drop to knee-level and shoot at the same height as the bike. Photos taken from a slight quartered angle seem to look best. And including a picture taken while riding in a scenic place is always a bonus.

Another important thing you can do is add a comment and tell everyone a bit about your bike. People want to know specific thing about your bike. Things such as how long you h ave owned it, what mods that you have done to it, where did you get it, how long have you had it and where have you been with it.

Image Requirements

  • Supported image file types are .JPG, .GIF and .PNG only.
  • Maximum filesize is 6MB.

Even though you are allowed to submit 2 pictures, only 1 picture will be chosen for Bike Of The Month.

Problems?

Make sure that the images submitted meet our image requirements listed above. That is the #1 problem that we hear about. These specs have been increased, so most images should mow work.

If you feel that you are doing everything right and it still isn't working then email Mark or Frank and we'll see about getting it taken care off. Make sure to include your Full Name, Email address, the year and model of your bike and 1 or 2 pictures of your bike along with a brief description of it.

Please Note...

Once a year is selected, only valid models that were made during that year are displayed. Please consult the GS Model Chart before attempting to fill out this form in order to determine the full model designation for your GS.

If you find that your year and/or model is not listed, then click here to let Frank know. This is especially true for GSX-R models since this is a recent addition.

We reserve the right to reject submissions if we feel that your picture(s) are of poor quality.
